Are you searching for the answers to these questions – does Nood permanently remove hair? Being an IPL device, does Nood actually work? Don’t worry , you came to the right place.

First of all this is not laser hair removal, it is an IPL treatment. IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light technology. Most of the home hair removal devices use gentle light to loose the hair from the root. It is similar to laser and this Nood hair remover can be used for permanent hair removal.

It is not a laser basically it uses light to damage the hair follicles so this is not laser and it’s IPL.

According to their website because they claimed that they are FDA approved and they guaranteed results in eight weeks or less. That could be tracked easily as they give you this little handy card to mark your treatments because consistency is the key.

1) How Frequently to Use Nood?

You are supposed to use the Nood twice a week and on a level six or higher passing each area at least three times.

I started using it on my underarms first so I am completely done with treating my underarm area according to what is required to start seeing results. I am still in the process of doing my bikini line.

2) Does nood actually work?

The Nood should work according to the chart they prepared. I am a blonde girl with little dark skin type so it didnot work much on my skin. The Flasher 2.0 by Nood does not work on blonde hair or red hair or anybody with very fair skin with grey hair. So basically there needs to be a contrast so that the light can distinguish the hair from your skin. It works by targeting the melanin in the hair follicle so the darker the hair, better the Nood.

3) Does Nood Cause Hyperpigmentation or Burn ?

I had a dark mark in the shape of rectangles due to the intense flashes. So I wouldn’t call it hyperpigmentation I would just say it burnt my skin. It cured once I applied the Aloe Vera jell.

4) Is it really pain-free?

It is not completely pain-free. It feels like a hot rubber band popping your skin, obviously the higher level you go the hotter and the more pain you’re going to feel. It hurts especially at the level seven but I feel ok at level six.

5) Does Nood Permanently Remove Hair?

Though it was mentioned on the card that I will see the results from the 4th weeks onwards but not able to see much difference in terms of permanency, my hair growth is normal, it has not been reduced. But I can see they became a little weaker.

It comes with 14-days return period , you can ask a free replacement or full refund. I need to look more into it because I did not order the Aloe Vera gel by Nood separately. I suggest you to buy this gel together if you want to use this product.

6) Does nood work on light hair

I tested it on my sister and friend, for both of them it worked very well. My sister has fair skin with black hair while my friend has brown hair with white skin. It works wonder on black & brown Hair

It won my mind in terms of speed. I just used 10 – 15 mins on Saturdays or Sundays whenever I get the time. I mostly used it on my armpits and bikini line 5 mins each. It is not at all a super long process.
